Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it. We keep it short because we collect little.

1. Who is responsible

Vũ Trọng Tuấn Anh, a sole trader based in Vietnam, trading as Energy Yoga. Contact: hello@energyyoga.vn.

2. What we collect

• If you ask for the free modules: your first name, your email address, and the country your request came from. We do not ask for a phone number.
• If you buy: your name, email address, country, the amount paid and a transaction reference. We never see or store your card details — those go directly to the payment processor.
• If you message us on Messenger or by email: whatever you choose to write.
• On the learning page: your access key and which modules you have finished are stored in your own browser, not on our server.

3. Why we use it

• to send you the modules you asked for, and your access link;
• to give you access to what you bought, and to answer your questions;
• to keep records of sales as the law requires;
• to measure which advertisements bring people who actually buy.

4. Who else sees it

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We pass it only to the services needed to run this business:

• Our payment processor — to take payment and issue your receipt. They are the merchant of record and have their own privacy policy.
• Resend — to deliver our emails to you.
• Cloudflare — hosts this site and stores our records.
• Meta (Facebook) — this site carries the Meta Pixel (ID 1629880741921225). It reports page views, checkout starts and completed purchases. Where a purchase is reported, your email address is sent hashed, never in plain text.

5. Cookies and tracking

We set no advertising cookies of our own. The Meta Pixel described above may set cookies. Your browser's own storage is used on the learning page to remember your access key and your progress; clearing your browser data removes it.

6. How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for as long as you have access, plus the period our tax obligations require. If you asked for the free modules and never bought, ask us and we will delete your details.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email, or by replying and asking. Write to hello@energyyoga.vn and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

This library is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Where your data goes

We are in Vietnam. The services we use to run this business — our payment processor, Resend, Cloudflare and Meta — store and process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. By buying or writing to us you accept that your details travel that way. Each of those services publishes its own privacy policy and its own safeguards for international transfers.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. Material changes affecting people who have bought will also be sent by email.
