These terms apply when you buy or use the Energy Yoga video library at energyyoga.vn. Please read them before you buy. If you do not agree with them, do not buy.
Energy Yoga is operated by Vũ Trọng Tuấn Anh, a sole trader based in Vietnam, founder of the Nội Kháng Lực (Inner Resilience) method.
Payment is taken by a third-party payment processor acting as merchant of record. Your card statement may show that processor's name rather than “Energy Yoga”. The processor issues your receipt and handles any sales tax or VAT due in your country.
A one-off purchase of 45 pre-recorded video modules on yoga anatomy, alignment and sequencing, with English audio. Access does not expire, and you may rewatch as often as you like.
This is not a certification. No hours are awarded, no examination is set, no attendance is recorded, and nothing here counts towards registration with Yoga Alliance or any other body. It is a library of teaching material, not a teacher training course.
The modules were recorded in Vietnamese classes and dubbed into English. You will hear Vietnamese names and see Vietnamese writing in the room. That is where the method comes from.
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, in the currency shown. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects a purchase already made. Prices may differ between countries.
If the library is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you will get your money back in full. You do not have to give a reason.
Ask by replying to your purchase email, or by messaging us from any page on this site. Refunds are issued by the payment processor to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
Your purchase gives one person a personal, non-transferable right to watch the modules.

If access is shared or the videos are redistributed, we may withdraw access without a refund.
This is educational content for people who already teach yoga or are training to. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga carries a risk of injury.
Observe the contraindications given in each module. Get clear consent before any hands-on adjustment. If you or a student has a medical condition, is pregnant, or is recovering from injury or surgery, consult a physician before applying any technique shown here.
We aim to keep the library available continuously, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Modules may be re-edited or improved over time. If we ever have to withdraw the library entirely, we will give notice by email and offer a fair refund to anyone who bought within the previous 12 months.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the library.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
Access is delivered by email as soon as your payment is confirmed: a link and a personal access key that opens the library at energyyoga.vn/learn. If the email has not arrived within fifteen minutes, check your spam folder and then write to us — we will send it by hand.
The modules stream; there is no download. You need a working internet connection to watch. Audio is English, and English subtitles are shown on screen throughout. Any device with a modern browser will play them.
You must be at least 18 to buy. The library is written for adults who teach, or are training to teach.
If something is wrong, please ask us first — the refund in section 4 is unconditional for fourteen days and is faster than a bank dispute. If a chargeback is raised instead, access is suspended while the payment processor looks at it.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed. If any single clause here turns out not to be enforceable where you live, the remaining clauses still stand.
